Son of the late Joseph and Concetta Spratz; Beloved husband of Loretta Spratz (Sceusa); Dear father of Jason (Valerie) Spratz, Karen Spratz, Jenni (Fran) Spratz and the late Amy Safe; grandfather of 4 grandchildren Ben Spratz, Dan Spratz, Lizzy Ode and Gio Spratz and Great Grandfather of Olivia. A memorial visitation will be held December 15 from 4-5 PM with a service immediately following 5 PM at the Latimore Schiavone Funeral Home, Inc. Angola, NY. Flowers declined due to allergies donations can be made out to Latimore Schiavone Funeral Home at the families request.
