October 16, 2024 of Dunkirk, NY. Beloved husband of Sharon (Puckett) Conroy; dear father of Ryan (Danielle) Conroy and Julia (DJay) Menzel; stepfather of Amber (Andrew DeLange), Timothy and Jay (Daniel Behney) Ross; grandfather of 4 grandchildren; brother of Paul (Linda), Carl and Joel (Maureen) Conroy. Survived by nieces and nephews. Philip was an avid musician and song writer, one of his greatest joys was playing with the Heard Of Buffalo as their bass player.  He worked at WNYDDSO for 33 years as a Rehabilitation Specialist, was on the Board of Directors at Penn Dixie as a Paleontologist and conducted fossil digs onsite with visitors.  Friends may call Tuesday October 22 from 3-6 PM with a service immediately follow 6 PM at the Latimore Schiavone Funeral Home, Inc. 8434 N Main St. Angola, NY.
